Only thing he did was power wash and paint the exterior of the home. Their quality of work was not what we expected. The owner and his workers failed to provide exceptional work. They were suppose to patch stucco fixtures, sand wood trims. The paint on the front door and vents are peeling off. The work was messy and they did not clean up well. They left paint all over the roofing tile and windows.The owner should be around more to supervise his workers. We are dissatisfied and disappointed with this business. It is impossible to feel the wood and know if the moisture content is low enough to paint. And believe it or not, most painters do not own a moisture meter. Beautiful day to paint a house! I ended up scraping off paint and wallpaper down to the plaster. It took a couple days to finish. I’m so glad they only did that in the one room! Again, moisture really helped in the process. The more I soaked the walls, the easier it was to scrape and remove the wallpaper and paint. After I had the entire room scraped down to the bare plaster walls, I realized I would have to repair some cracks and skim coat the entire room if there were going to be halfway decent looking walls.
