This small chapel off the north ambulatory has several designs on the walls, brought up by cleaning in 1923. The vaulting has red stars on a white ground with a roof boss depicting the Assumption of the Virgin, who is dressed in red. The ribs have barber pole bands and rosettes and the walls are diapered over with pine-shaped designs, on each of which is a fleur de lys. This was a popular design in the late 14th century. The antlers and head of a white hart, a badge of Richard II, can still be made out. .

Let me start by saying that when it comes to my house I have very high expectations and I am very anal about quality and attention to detail. The owner of Mayco and his crew did an amazing job! Not only did the paint on the house look absolutely perfect but the caulking and repairs did too. They were very respectful to my property and cleaned up after themselves. I honestly could not of asked more. I highly recommend them. They will be getting my next paint job. Thanks Mayco for doing a great job and having great customer service.
So far our best purchase has been the shop vac sanding attachment (around $35 from amazon); with a HEPA filter in the vac, we’re getting no sanding dust in the house.
